Do You HAVE To Grow Your Spa Business in 2024? 

Yearly spa business planning helps you to start the new year off with clarity and focus and provides an organized framework for growth that you can refer back on throughout the year. However, if you’re struggling with personal issues and simply don’t have the mental or physical capacity for big growth initiatives, you have permission to have what I like to call a “Coast Year”. This means there are no big plans for growth but continue to work on improving/tweaking your current guest experience and outcomes. So in this case, yes, I still recommend making a plan…it just doesn’t need to be a big one!
